The South Dublin Panthers have defeated the Belfast Trojans to win their third consecutive Claddagh Bowl championship, winning by the final score of 45-0!
The 1st seeded Panthers have been dominant all season, only dropping 1 game throughout. They defeated the Dublin Red Bows in the semifinal, 42-19, after the 5th seed Red Bows progressed automatically to the semifinal due to a North Down Dragons forfeit. In the other semifinal, the 2nd seed Belfast Trojans defeated the 3rd seed UCD to set up the third consecutive meeting between these two teams in the Claddagh Bowl.
